About me:

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I began my journey as a gym instructor, boxing coach, and swimming instructor before earning my personal training certification in 2007. I have since led running clubs, organised boot camps, and conducted outdoor fitness programs, brimming with creative ideas to make workouts engaging, challenging, and enjoyable.

My passion lies in harnessing one's full potential, whether it's achieving peak fitness, participating in runs, or competing in various activities. I'm dedicated to pushing my clients beyond their comfort zones to help them discover their true capabilities.

After years of traveling and training alongside boxers, yogis, MMA fighters, and more in different parts of the world, my interest in holistic physical and mental training has grown. I've also developed a deep enthusiasm for scuba diving, surfing, mountain climbing, and high-altitude trekking.

Now, I've returned to London and am eager to leverage my extensive experience to elevate YOUR fitness journey to the next level.

How to get started
Get in touch with me by email to book your personal trainer induction.
During this induction I will conduct an initial physical analysis, fitness tests and posture assessment to create a regime specifically tailored for you, taking into account your current fitness, goals and dietary requirements.
 
You will then be guided through an entire programme of health and fitness development, which includes your training inside and also outside our sessions, nutritional plan and motivational support throughout your programme, all included in your package price. This will allow you to focus on one thing - your results.
