with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. First as a gym instructor, boxing instructor and swimming instructor before doing his personal training certification in 2007. He has been running running clubs, boot camps and outdoor fitness programs and  is full of creative ideas to create a fun, exciting and extremely though workout.He has a keen interest in using his full potential, whether it is getting as fit as he has ever been, doing a run or competing. He will push his clients to do the very same, taking you out of your comfort zone to show you how good you can possibly get.After years of travelling and training in different parts of the world with boxers, yogis and MMA fighters amongst others, his interests for body and mind training has expanded as well as his excitement for scuba diving, surfing, mountain climbing and trekking at high altitude.He is now back in London to stay and is ready to use his wide range of experience to take YOUR fitness journey to the next level.

How to get started
Get in touch with me by email to book your personal trainer induction.
During this induction I will conduct an initial physical analysis, fitness tests and posture assessment to create a regime specifically tailored for you, taking into account your current fitness, goals and dietary requirements.
 
You will then be guided through an entire programme of health and fitness development, which includes your training inside and also outside our sessions, nutritional plan and motivational support throughout your programme, all included in your package price. This will allow you to focus on one thing - your results.
